Price levels (Retail / Wholesale — who is buying) and selling units (Piece / Carton — how much) are independent of each other. A customer's default level auto-applies at the till and is recorded on the sale, so a wholesale order is never confused with a discounted retail one. Below-cost sales are blocked.

Yes, completely — this is POS software that works without internet by design. The database is a local SQLite file on your computer, so selling, inventory, customers and reports all work with no connection at all. The network is only used for optional extras: Google Drive report uploads and Mobile Share.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Smart POS Manager is a one-time purchase you own forever on one device. The only recurring charge is the optional Mobile Share add-on, whose country-specific monthly price is shown in the pricing section.

Where is my sales data stored?
In a local SQLite database on your own computer — never on our servers. You can back up and restore the whole database as a ZIP file, export to CSV, Excel and PDF, and optionally upload reports to your own Google Drive account. Weekly automatic local backups run on top.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes. Run one Mac as the server and connect any number of client terminals over your LAN — same database, live, with automatic server discovery and no extra subscription per terminal. Note: LAN server mode requires the DMG download; Apple's sandbox keeps it out of the Mac App Store build.
Does it work with a barcode scanner and a receipt printer?
Yes. The till is built for barcode scanning — scan items straight into the cart — and it prints receipts with your logo, header and footer on your receipt printer.
Can I sell at both wholesale and retail prices?
Yes. Price levels (Retail and Wholesale) and selling units (Piece and Carton) are independent, so one product list covers both. A customer's default level auto-applies at the till, the level is recorded on every sale, and below-cost sales are blocked.

What happens to my data if I stop paying or uninstall?

Which languages and currencies are supported?
Ten interface languages — English, Urdu, Hindi, Spanish, German, Arabic, French, Turkish, Russian and Italian — with full right-to-left layout for Arabic and Urdu, and roughly 156 currencies with correct decimal handling.

Yes — Smart POS Manager runs on Windows as well as macOS (12 or later). The Mac version ships as a DMG download and on the Mac App Store.
How do I move my license to a new Mac?
